Northwest Albuquerque is the perfect place for people who want more house for their money. Homes are considerably newer in this part of town with most areas having been built from the mid nineties into the 2000's.
One of the drawbacks of living in the area is there is not nearly as much shopping or dining, but that's beginning to change.
Albuquerque's North Valley runs along the Western edge of the Rio Grande. Offering convenient travel to most of Albuquerque, this rural center of the city features ranches, estates and farms.
